I feel that the CWEE
program is a very valuable program. It allowed my employer and I

I enjoyed teaching my
student employee new tasks in the restaurant and holding her
accountable for her daily tasks as well. Having more employees
involved in managerial opportunities helps create a better
understanding of the difficult issues managers handle on a daily
basis. My student employee can now do inventory and this makes
her more valuable. Thank you for the program!

When I signed up for the
CWEE program i expected to learn some things, but I never knew I
would learn as much as I did. this program taught me a lot -
from business etiquette to resumes. This is an excellent
program!

The Work
Experience class has been a fun and rewarding experience this
semester. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn
valuable tips - from business etiquette to resume writing skills
& techniques. My only regret is that I didn't take advantage of
this class earlier!

From an employer's point of
view, I wish that every applicant would take this class. From
the original request for an application, to it's delivery, to
the interview, if just some of the simple suggestions that are
covered in this class were followed, many students would find
getting a job a very attainable task.

I have had a very good
experience in this class. I work a lot and it was nice to
receive school credit for working hard. The threads [online
sections] helped motivate me to think about my job and jump

I have enjoyed being
enrolled in the Work Experience Program. This semester gave me
the opportunity to set goals for not only my employer but for
myself in order to become a better employee. In the past, I left
the goal setting up to my employer, but this semester I had a
great opportunity to set personal goals and fulfill them. P.S.

I believe every student
should consider taking this class as he or she will someday make
it to the workforce. The class teaches you the things one needs
to know for finding a job. From looking at job announcements to
writing a "Thank you" letter after an interview, this class
covers everything in great detail

the CWEE class. I learn a lot from this program, which helps me

I liked using the format of
the CWEE Program because it allowed me to set specific
objectives for the employee that helped me assess his
performance on the job. The employee and I were able to
collaborate in creating the objectives and these became a
reference point for the employee to monitor his own performance.
